We are still collecting submissions for our 2019 Yearbook. We will post a link for viewing and download once submissions are complete. 

YEARBOOK SUBMISSIONS

If you presented at last year's conference, please consider submitting a manuscript for publication in The ARF Online Yearbook.

The Yearbook is the official ARF conference proceedings. Our goal for the Yearbook is to reflect the quality of presentations at the annual American Reading Forum conference and prepare work to be disseminated to a wider audience. The editors would like to emphasize that a further purpose of the yearbook is to support authors. Manuscript submissions will be peer reviewed and authors, if their manuscript is accepted, may choose to significantly revise their submissions for publication elsewhere. All submissions should be original, unpublished work.

Submission Guidelines:

Please include a cover page and abstract with your submission. If you are a graduate student who would like to participate in the new mentor program, please indicate so on your cover page. The mentor program will match graduate students with established researchers who will offer support in using reviewer feedback for revision of the manuscript.

 

The ARF Online Yearbook adheres to the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association, 6th edition. Before submitting a manuscript, the editors require that authors refer to the Manual for issues of language, usage, and mechanics as well as for models of style, organization, and format. Manuscripts must be submitted electronically and received on March 15th by midnight, Eastern Standard Time (EST).

ARF Yearbook Editors are seeking manuscript reviewers for the newest edition of The ARF Online Yearbook. Reviewers will be responsible for at least two manuscripts. Manuscript review will begin March 30th. Interested? Contact: arfyearbook@utk.edu

The editors are seeking established researchers who are willing to mentor one graduate student in the use of peer feedback and revision of their manuscript.
